Eat healthy during the Holidays !

I know that Thanksgiving is coming soon . That does not mean eat all you can since it is Turkey and there will be many others sides. Portion control is key ! You will pay later when you over indulge . Eat a healthy snack before you go to the party . I know that I have a shakeology before I go and it helps me not to eat to much . And all I know is that it helps me not eat the sweets which I have not craved that now that I am having my shake daily . You may have to bring a dish so bring a healthy dish . If you bring a dish you like and is healthy you know that you can eat that . Remember that Thanksgiving is about family and making memories and enjoying each other . Do not want to hurt anyone's feelings by not eating everything you will have to say no or you will add calories to you . Here are some of the words you can say . I am full no thank you , I have had enough thank you very much for offering . It is ok to say no you will be happy with yourself later . You do not want to go to the party feeling hunger . You will want to eat everything you see because you have not eaten and that is not good . It will add more calories because you will eat more you can not save your calories to eat more that is just more calories that you will add to your body .
