To do list ?

Do you make a to do list ? Do you find that you get more done when you have a to do list ? I know that I look at my list and know that I need to get what is on my list done for that day . I know that we get busy and we may not be able to get to it that is ok . You can add it to the next day for you to do then . Keeping track of what needs to get done is a great way to keep track of what you will get done and have to do . We get busy and we will forget to do it then we put it off and never get it done . There is a lot of great apps on your phone that can help you . I have a whiteboard that really helps to . Many people are using them to track long-term goals, evaluate their lives. New research shows that writing lists does the mind and body good in many ways, from making you happier to increasing your workout frequency .When people start making to do lists, and organize all the activities that need to be done, they are more likely to procrastinate. It is great when you have your work out at a time everyday and do it at that time . It is like a Dr appointment you will not cancel and keep on track . Will you do a to do list ?

Back To School snacks!

Well school is back in session . We have to back healthy snacks and food for our kids . I really think that fruit is great . Apples , oranges , bananas , grapes and many more . Anything that is fresh is best . You can pack veggies cut up that is great to . You can put a cold pack with it so that it will stay cold . Prepare the snacks for the week cut up every thing that needs to be cut up then it will be ready for the week .
