What do you think about negative people ? Do you feel that when you are hanging out with them they bring you down ? There is to many people in the world that are not happy and I think they should just be happy to be alive . You make your life what you want it to be ! I have found that I am now surrounding my self with positive people I have a better day and it makes my life so much better . There are so many people that can bring you down why let them . Life is what you make of it .I know life can be tuff sometimes that is just a part of our journey that we have to flow with there are reasons why things happen . Hang out with like minded people that lift you up .

I know now thou that it is scary out there with people that you can not trust in this crazy world we live in . But now they can work out inside the house and you could have fun doing it with them . Summer is here lets have fun with our kids get them moving ..

No Not this Bathing suit !!!!!!
No Not This Ever !!
I saw this from almost 2 years ago .
I told my self I will not fit in that again . I was not happy when I wore that I knew that being healthy was a better way of life . I wanted to cover up not that I show off my bathing suit I have now . It was just about taking pic above the waist not below . And do not take pics in a 2 piece where you could see my belly uggg lol . I have so much energy to want to play with my kids on the beach the pool I feel great ! I see life and it is passing us by and when there is no energy for my kids that is not a good thing . When I have grandkids I do not want to say oh no they are coming to visit I can not play with them I am tired . That word tired is not what I like to say and will not say . I have 2 legs that work and I want to use them as much as I can and will . Life will pass us by like mist in the air so do not let it pass you by . I do exercise and eat healthy so can you .Join me on my journey it is never to late to get healthy and fit . Come on !!!!!!!!!

How Your Body Reacts to skipping meals!
Your body goes into fasting mode during this carbohydrates,proteins ,and fats are all used to have energy .Skipping meals and restricting calories will create cravings. Rapid high blood sugar occurs when you give into these cravings. As a result, your body creates a high amount of triglycerides, which convert to fat-storage. In addition, the depleted glycogen causes low energy levels because blood sugar is not being replaced. Unfortunately, the weight that is lost is mostly water (glycogen is made up of mostly water) and muscle .The slowed metabolism will also have a tough time digesting your food, if you cram in all your meals at one time. This is also commonly seen in people who skip meals. They get so hungry they eat more then one meals worth at one sitting. The already slowed metabolism is going to take a lot longer to work the over sized meal throughout your body. Once again, resulting in weight gain.
