What do you think about using weights ? I have been doing Les Mills Pump I am really happy with results . Weights do not bulk you up it burns fat . It helps when you are doing things around the house . I know that since I am building muscle I can do things that I was not able to . I can lift things that may seem heavy to others are getting easy for me . My arm is getting stronger . I also am also adding cardio into my work outs . I do like cardio it is really my thing to mix it up is what I like to do . What do you like cardio or resistance training ? I can help you along you way .
